Now we are well and truly in to the wet and muddy winter season I'd like to recommend our 3 favourite local businesses to get us through the endless mud and keep our dogs clean and smelling lovely. It's always good to shop local but especially when local also means the best!
Macpuds Paws Dog Grooming, Chester
A warm and friendly welcome awaits from Anna at Macpuds Paws grooming Salon in Upton, Chester. Having gained Level 3 qualification in Dog Grooming at Reaseheath College Anna has many years experience and offers grooming on a one to one basis in her purpose built log cabin which provides a quiet, stress free environment. If any dog is anxious or nervous she will take breaks from the grooming table to have a play in the garden or just relax and then continue the groom.
Megan and Martha love to go for a bath and de shed and come back with gleaming coats.

EcoGreen Equestrian, Natural Plant Based Products
Based in Cheshire and passionate about using the best natural products on horses, dogs and humans. EcoGreen offer plant based products and alternative therapies at affordable prices.
Our favourite and must have product is the Sloshwash. We always have a bottle of both the Dog and Horse sloshwash handy.
A quick no rinse bucket wash to leave the dog (or horse) clean and smelling lovely with the added advantage of essential oils that will help to relieve tired muscles.
Great when you have limited access to water and need to remove dirt or sand from the coat without the need to rinse.
